Tenant management, metering, leak detection, reporting, billing and payments for property managers, owners and body corporates, across residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Billing & payments
Postpaid billing through Hadeda Pay, with prepaid rolling out. One statement per tenant, settled in-app on the 1st, with clean reconciliation for managers and owners.
Leak detection & response
Every meter doubles as a leak sensor. Each one is checked automatically for the signs of a leak, and when one shows up we alert the resident and the manager the same day, localise the loss with zone meters, reconcile the bulk meter against the units, and close the supply remotely where smart valves are fitted.
Reporting for owners & trustees
Monthly reports per property: every meter, opening and closing reading, litres used, the water and sanitation split, VAT and any extra charge, plus bulk against unit totals, meter health and collection status. Exported to Excel or CSV for the trustee pack.
Smart sub-metering
The right meter for each site: ultrasonic, smart-mechanical and electromagnetic options for domestic, zonal and bulk applications, plus optional smart shut-off valves. Water metering compliant with Section 28(21) of the Water Amendment By-law 2018.
Automated record-keeping
Automated month-to-month record-keeping, as required by Section 28(21) for water. Remote readings feed the books directly: no clipboards, no estimates.
Revenue enhancement
Recover unbilled usage: loss-reduction strategy design, planning and implementation, built on the leak data and the bulk-vs-unit reconciliation the meters already produce.
Delivery & integration
Civil contracting, project management, support, maintenance and training, plus deployments on Sigfox, LoRaWAN and fixed radio, and third-party API integration into your property systems.
