Smart-mechanical meters
Proven mechanical measurement with a radio transmitter on top: a cost-effective way to bring existing installations onto remote reading and automated billing.
Electromagnetic meters
For bulk lines and industrial applications where flow rates are high and accuracy at the boundary decides what the whole property pays.
The current fleet includes Kamstrup and Axioma ultrasonic meters, and because the platform is meter-agnostic, we quote the make and model that fits your site, not the one we happen to sell.

Per-unit meters
Individual smart meters for houses, sectional-title units and apartments, so every tenant is billed on what their own unit used, not a split of the bulk account.
Zonal metering
Zone-level meters split large properties into measurable districts, so a leak is localised to a street, not hunted across the whole estate.
Bulk meters
Bulk meters at the boundary reconcile what the municipality bills you against what your units actually used.
Why it matters
Unbilled usage is money through the cracks
The gap between the bulk meter and the sum of the unit meters is usage you paid for but never billed anyone for. Our insights close that gap for HOAs and Body Corporates.
Leak detection
Metering only pays for itself if it catches the leaks
Every meter we install is also a leak sensor. The software checks each one for the signature of a leak and raises it, so a loss is measured in days instead of billing cycles.
Checked every day
No report to run and nothing for the manager to notice. Every meter is tested automatically, and a leak that would have run for months is caught in days.
Alerts, not surprises
The resident gets it on their phone and by email, the manager sees it in the portal, while it is still a small problem and not a line on an account nobody can explain.
Localised to a zone
Where zone meters are installed, a loss is narrowed to a street or a block. You send a plumber to one section instead of surveying the whole estate.
Underground and unbilled
Bulk against the sum of the units finds the leaks nobody sees: the pipe under the lawn that has been running for months.
Shut-off valves
Optional smart valves let you close the supply to a unit from the portal or the app: useful for an empty flat, essential during a burst.
